Folio Creative Management offers a range of publishing and marketing services for authors, including but not limited to book editing, design, printing, distribution, and promotional activities.

Prices for our services are listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Authors retain full copyright and ownership of their work. However, by engaging our services, authors grant Folio Creative Management the right to use their work for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services, including but not limited to distribution, marketing, and promotional activities.

Authors represent and warrant that they are the rightful owners of the work submitted for publishing and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright and trademark.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any fees paid for services not yet rendered will be refunded to the author, minus any applicable fees for work already completed.

Folio Creative Management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
